Personal Download & Training

Downloads and conversions are completed in person by an experienced service representative. Card types and all equipment are tested ahead of time to ensure a smooth transition. If required, back-up equipment is readily on hand so you can continue processing payments if a technical issue were to arise. While most transitions are seamlessly executed, we schedule conversions at times that are ideal for your business; preferably before or after business hours. Terminal features and application preferences will be adjusted to accommodate your preferences.
